There is a $45.00 charge for removing artwork from its frame.We are not responsible for damage to frames or reassembling them.

The Giclée set-up includes a high-resolution scan, colour correcting, up to three proofs (approx. 9”x12”) and saving all files to CD. Additional proofing will be performed if needed at a charge of $35.00/proof. The colour corrected proof that you select for your edition must be signed, dated and returned before your print order can be processed. The final proof is retained by LGI for future reference.

A sheet of paper or canvas is approximately 46” X 34”, with a printable area of 45” X 33”. We print on a variety of substrates including Canvas, Sommerset Velvet, Sommerset Texture, Sommerset Satin, **Arches Cream, **Arches White and **Photorag. **Add 10% for these substrates. Other substrates are available upon request. The fine art papers are 100% acid free and are made from natural fibers of cotton and/or wood pulp.

Coating

A protective coating on fine art paper is available at a cost of $25.00/sheet.

Curation

4 prints/sheet no charge, 5 or more prints/sheet $2.00 per print.

Canvas Extra Services

Stretching: combined inches, (Eg. 8x10=18”) 18”-24” is $35.00, 25”-35” is $40.00,

36”-45” is $45.00, larger than 46” is $1.00/inch.

Mounting on foamcore: $00.05 (five cents)/square inch minimum $12.00 per print

Turnaround Time

Please allow a minimum of 14-21 business days for the scanning, proofing and colour correcting process. Finished orders will be ready for pick-up 14-21 business days from the date LGI receives your signed colour corrected proof. Reorders will be ready for pick-up 10-15 business days from the day the order is placed. If you have a rush situation, please call us for an estimate.

Computer Retouching

Computer retouching (i.e. signature removal or unwanted marks in a transparency or original) is billed at $85.00 per/hour. Image resizing and archiving for new print

editions has a one time charge of $35.00

Shipping and Handling

For your convenience, we ship via Federal Express or UPS. All shipping and handling charges (including shipping materials) will be billed to the customer. If you have a courier account, please provide it at the time of the order. Every package is insured for $100.00 at no charge. If additional insurance is desired, please advise. Every precaution is taken in packing the prints for shipment. LGI Digital & Fine Art Printing’s liability ends with the acceptance by the carrier.

Payment

Giclée set-up charges (scanning, proofing and colour correcting) are due with the placement of the order. A deposit of 50% is required with your print order. If prints are picked up personally, any remaining balance will be due at that time. If prints are shipped, orders are prepaid, C.O.D. or credit card only. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards. This payment schedule enables us to maintain our pricing while offering the highest standards.
